Request a drawing-based quotation

For custom aluminium extrusion profiles, send the section drawing or catalogue reference, alloy and temper, wall thickness, cut length, dimensional tolerances, finish, trial quantity and destination port. Include machining and inspection requirements where applicable. Our team will review feasibility before confirming the quotation and production specification.

Aluminium extrusion manufacturing capabilities checklist for buyers

For a custom aluminium profile quotation, start with the finished-part requirements. This checklist helps buyers compare extrusion, finishing and machining proposals on the same specification.

Specification to supply What to confirm before production
Section drawing and revision Critical dimensions, wall thickness, dimensional tolerances and mating interfaces.
Alloy and temper Required material grade and condition for the application; confirm availability for the selected section.
Surface finish Anodizing or powder-coating requirements, colour reference, appearance criteria and any specified coating thickness.
Cutting and machining Cut length, hole positions, slots, threads and inspection dimensions where applicable.
Inspection and approval Agreed inspection method, sample approval and any project-specific evidence required before ordering.
Quantity and delivery Trial quantity, expected repeat demand, packaging and destination port so the quotation can define its scope.

Which catalogue sections should a fabricator start with?

For aluminium window and door profiles, start with the casement and sliding families. For curtain wall aluminium profiles, review printed pages 123–128 and supply the project interfaces and performance requirements. For industrial aluminium framing and assembly-line sections, review printed pages 150–169. Catalogue references support a technical discussion; final suitability is confirmed against the approved drawing.

Purchasing questions

Are catalogue weights guaranteed production weights?

No. Catalogue weights are theoretical reference values. Final alloy, temper, dimensions, tolerances, finish and measured weight must be agreed against the approved drawing and order specification.

Can a catalogue section replace an existing window or facade system?

Suitability requires a review of section geometry, hardware interfaces, assembly requirements and project performance criteria. A similar section does not by itself establish interchangeability or certification.

What are the payment terms?

T/T: 60% after order confirmation and the remaining 40% before shipment.

How do I send a quotation request?
